New City Administrator
Jeff Damron, Tullahoma City Administrator

Last night the Tullahoma Board of Mayor and Aldermen decided to appoint Jeff Damron as our new city administrator.

Jeff comes to the position with a strong background of 20 years in business, having formerly led Damron Properties Inc. where he led up to 10 retail, service and advertising businesses with over $30 million in combined annual budgets. In this role, he also managed construction, renovation, and expansion projects for multiple business including Brothers Local Market, West Lincoln Market, Auto Pride Car Wash and digital billboard operations.

Jeff has already brought his strong background experience a few years ago to our Tullahoma Parks and Recreation Department. As Deputy Director, he has made major improvements in our park concessions and fee schedules, increasing revenue to support our Parks and Recreation Programs. In this role he also expanded our sports tourism by recruiting travel sports tournaments which generated an economic impact over $1 million.

During his time as Interim City Administrator, it has been my pleasure to work closely with Jeff. He has already made major contributions to helping us improve airport operations and work through issues related to the recent fuel spill there.

I enthusiastically support Jeff Damron in his new role as our city administrator. I'm excited to continue working with him in his new role. I hope you will join me in congratulating him and welcoming him into the lead city position!
